Your first visit with us is all about finding out what your health goals are and planning the role we can play in that journey. A new patient examination includes:
• A thorough health history
• Spinal, orthopaedic and neurological testing
• Posture, range of motion and movement assessment
• X-rays or further referral if necessary
• Chiropractic adjustment (if deemed appropriate)
• A recommended tailored care plan to get you back to where you want to be

Regular, follow up appointments usually involve a 10min session where we check and adjust your spine using a variety of techniques. These visits are aimed at building on previous sessions to help the body maintain lasting change. We are primarily a manual diversified adjusting practice, but also utilise gonstead, ABC and drop table techniques, as well as using activator.

You do not need to undress for your appointment but may wish to remove jewellery and heavy, outer layers of clothing. Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first appointment if you can so that you can fill out a health questionnaire.
